Ingredients:
1 and a half chopped onion
1 piece of chopped garlic clove
1 piece of chopped courgette
1 carrot
1 red and yellow pepper
75 g peas
1 and a half chopped tomatoes
350 ml of vegetable stock
150g brown rice
1 tbsp of turmeric
1 tbsp of dried parsley
Method:
2 servings: preparation time 30 mins

9. once it cooked then put dried parsley and stir it well
10. put this into dishes and it is ready to serve.
