On the other hand a man who is deprived from health know its wealth. Health is not an individual's need but it also impact on the society. Because a healthy man can contribute more than an unhealthy person having good physical and mental processes.

 There are different reasons that lead towards the low health standards:
Improper diet
Polluted water
Lack of awareness from hygienic
Lack of medical facilities
Main focus of health issues are on our diet.  So, we should pay attention on food for better health by maintaining our diet. Not only the right diet plan but also exercises and stress relief plans play an important role. Your diet should provide all the nutrients that your body need.
Here are some rules/ tips that guide us:
Use carbohydrates
Variety of food
Unsaturated fat
Drink fluids
Salt and sugar intake
Plenty of fruits and vegetables
Eat gradually

Use carbohydrates:
Third part of your diet should contain carbohydrates. Carbohydrates come from bread, rice, potatoes and cereals.  You should include one of these carbohydrate resources at every meal. Many people think so that these carbohydrates provide fats that’s right o some extend. But if we use balanced amount that will be beneficial.
Keep the control on calories that are coming from extra oil, butter and creamy sauces on pasta.
Variety of food:
For a good health our body needs more 40 different nutrients. We cannot rely on a single food type because all the come from different resources. Keep balance in between all the nutrients as the excess of everything is harmful.
Saturated Food:
Saturated food is having fats. Fats are important for good health, too much fats are injurious to health. They increase the risk of developing heart disease as they increase the amount of cholesterol in blood.  So replace saturated food with unsaturated.  The saturated fat is found in fatty cuts of meat, butter, cakes, biscuits and pies. While unsaturated fat found in vegetable oils and spreads, oily fish and avocados.
Drink fluids:
Keep drinking something to remain hydrate. Doctors suggest to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water in a day. Try to avoid sugary soft and fizzy drinks. They are also bad for your teeth.
Salt and Sugar intake:
Free sugar and salt are found in packaged food and drink. While the natural resources of are honey, fruits and milk. Free sugar cause weight gain and tooth decay. Consume 5g of total sugar per 100g. Free sugars are found in sugary fizzy drink, cakes, biscuits and alcoholic drinks. Eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure. Your food should contain three quarters of salt.
Plenty of fruits and vegetables:
Fruits and vegetables are the most important art of food. They provide enough vitamins, minerals and fibers. Eat 5 servings a day. Glass of juice at breakfast and good portion of vegetables at each meal.
Eat gradually:
Eating a variety of foods, regularly, and in the right amounts is the best formula for a healthy diet. Skipping meals specially the breakfast can lead to out-of-control hunger, results in helpless overeating. To avoid this use snacking between the meal.
